What is Arsenal aiming for this season?

The gunners so far haven't splashed at that signings on the transfer market making although they have signed gervinho for £10.7 million, Carl jenkinson for £1 million and new prospect how had many clubs interested in him, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for £12 million up front. However this is not enough for the gunners although they have been linked with Phil Jageilka, Garry Cahill, Juan Mata and Scott Dann however out of all four of these speculations Arsenal have only bidded for two Jageilka and Dann but do you think that is enough with chances of Nasri and Fabregas? I don't.
